Beautiful hotel with super staff - really lovely atmosphere.

Really bright, airy and sparkling clean. Beds super comfy.

That the spa treatments were held in nearby sister hotel and not in our hotel. That there was no direct access to sea (knew this at time of booking).

Stay was decent but good have been great.

We liked the location and roof top bar was good Pool was not heated so didnt get to use it.

We asked to upgrade room to view side but were told hotel was full which was not the case. Lady was actually rude to my wife so this took away from our hotel experience. Other staff were okay

Great hotel with view of Vesuvius

The location was great and the facility was beautiful. 10 minute walk to Piazza Tasso, 8 min walk to train/bus station and 15 minutes to ferry port. Great breakfast with lots of options including champagne. Friendly and helpful staff. Great view of Vesuvius from the room balcony and rooftop. The shower/bath tub had great water pressure. The bed was on the soft to medium side (good for me; husband prefers firmer). This hotel was also significantly less expensive for a room with a balcony and a view than others that are right in town. The additional few extra minutes to walk to the various places was well worth it.

Everything was great and I would stay there again just note a few things. On November 1 the hotel shuts off the air conditioner including the option just to have a fan to circulate the air so the room gets a little stuffy. The hotel also does not have Netflix which is not critical while on vacation but it can be nice after a long day of touring.

Lovely place

Staff were lovely and friendly. We got a room upgrade and it was great, very comfortable with a beautiful view. The food in the restaurant was amazing as well! We would definitely stay again.

This is due to the climate but there were so many flies! It was too hot to keep windows closed (AC not working well) so we had to battle them the whole time. There really should be bug shields/nets over the windows. Also, the location of the hotel is good but it is pretty noisy on the street outside - just something to keep in mind if you're after a quiet stay.
