Perfect location and service - will come back again

The SPA was the highlight for me and my teenagers. Especially the sauna and pool have been used daily. That's definitely a reason to come back again. Best Concierge service I ever experienced!

Unfortunately, the new/young employees in the breakfast are not at a level I would have expected. However, the management was very reactive and corrected the inconveniences immediately.

A Perfect 10 - An Unforgettable Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski, and I cannot praise it enough! From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for something special. Every aspect of my stay was simply flawless, and I wholeheartedly rate this hotel a perfect 10 out of 10. It is definitely not the average price hotel and one would not expect so, staying in higher class hotels like Kempinksi. But in this particular hotel, every euro spent by the visitor is more than worth it The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and valued. Their warm smiles and attentive service made me feel like a VIP throughout my entire stay. They were quick to assist with any request, and their genuine care for guests was evident in every interaction. The room was immaculately clean, and the attention to detail was impeccable. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and the breathtaking views from the window added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel's location couldn't have been better.Additionally, the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the hotel allowed me to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The entire ambiance of the hotel exuded luxury and sophistication. From the elegantly designed common areas to the carefully curated art and decor, every detail contributed to the hotel's overall splendor. The seamless check-in and check-out process was yet another testament to the hotel's efficiency and dedication to guest satisfaction. In conclusion, my stay was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and indulgent experience. I can confidently say that I will be returning to Kempinski on my future visits to St.Moritz. Memorable stay

We loved staying at the Kempinski. The spaciousness , welcoming staff, cleanliness , fantastic concierge , wonderful housekeeping, great breakfast and beautiful building made our stay there beautiful . Even the tiny details provided for our 15 month baby were adorable . Will definitely stay there again.

Not really worth the rate charged

Location Bar area and bar food Spa area outstanding.

Evening meal in restaurant was decidedly average. No air-con so room very stuffy Hotel was very empty and lacked atmosphere. Hence multiple attempts to upswell prior to visit - felt a bit desperate. Paying for parking with an already high room rate. Felt a bit old fashioned
