The hotel itself was top-notch, with (Read More)attentive and competent staff, a great gym, and a peaceful and comfortable room. The location was convenient for exploring Palermo on foot, and the hotel also had great food and drinks. Overall, guests highly recommend the hotel for its luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and delicious food.

Excellent selection for breakfast. Wait staff very professional and accommodating. Room was beyond expectation. Hotel is exquisite. Perfect location. Hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us; and genuinely kind and professional. Highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

Snacks in bar not very good or imaginative ,didnt have wine i selected and pidgeon on terrace was tasteless and minute for a main course,orange juice for breakfast should be fresh squeezed in sicily!

Great hotel, good money/quality.

All was good, especially good breakfast and service!

I would like to have a coffee machine and tea in the room, with bigger selection of mini bar snacks, especially sicilian sweets. but it was only for the highest category of room. I my opinion in 5* it suppose to be in all rooms. But the reseption brought us tea kettle anyway as we asked, so we were appreciate.

Lovely historic hotel in the heart of Palermo!

Beautiful hotel in perfect location close to historic town and excellent restaurants. The staff is beyond helpful and very professional. They assisted us with lost luggage, and so much more!! Breakfast was spectacular with exceptional service all around.

The pillows!! However I did not request alternatives and they may have:)

Room design, bathroom design and comfort, beautiful common areas

Room size just sufficient; the concierge should have been available on the phone: they asked me to send in an email to address my request (prior to arrival); breakfast should include custom made omelette, it should not be an extra in a five star hotel.

Very good

Hotel is well-situated within walking distance of the restaurants we ate in during our 3-night stay and various neighborhoods to explore. The room was clean. Good choice for a Palermo visit.

Traditional (older), upscale downtown hotel. Hotel was crowded with a couple of bus tours during our November visit, making it difficult to find a seat at breakfast. Our first room had a clicking noise in the A/C system that interrupted our sleep. The hotel claimed to have addressed the issue the next day but not to our satisfaction, and they did allow us to change rooms. Note that some rooms (including ours) look out on the street but others face an interior courtyard.

We loved the entire hotel and marina on reception was so caring and all the staff couldn't fo enough for us - we loved the terrace restaurant on the 5th floor and the main bar - would definitely come back X
