    The tide pool at sunset took my breath away
    Rooms were spacious and clean, staff were very friendly, lots of dining and entertainment (karaoke, pinball, golf at the new lounge/bar) options inside the resort, wonderful beach with tide pool and pool with slides where kids can play. The property is just opposite Bali collection if you like to shop or eat at restaurants outside.

    Overall it was a very enjoyable family holiday. Great for young children.
    Beautiful gardens and fountains. Well maintained and very clean. The staff were helpful and kind. Great buffet breakfasts every day. Overall, the food was very good.
    Pool surrounds could be slippery/dangerous when feet wet. Mosquitoes.

    Best sea side resort with Balinese design with an important temple in the property.
    The location is at NUSA DUA, the best location for a resort. The staff were really friendly. The kids day care was excellent. Beach front property.
    Signs like" Facility only for check in guest" the free welcome drink is only for guest during check in. Its a hot humid place. They could have provided free cold juices and ice creams near the pool and also near the lobby. This is followed by marriot in chennai india. Huge beautiful property but gets a little exhausting while getting to the lobby. hence this request for a cold drink near lobby. Also as we were checking in during Christmas holidays, check in took us over 2 hours,

    I would not recommend the Grand Hyatt. Disappointed especially by the pools that were way too warm
    Loved the friendly staff and the slide was great for kids. Room was clean. We were given plenty of bottled water
    The pools were way too hot - ridiculously hot to the point where no adults were swimming as it felt like swimming in soup. Our ocean view room did not have an ocean view as it was too low to the ground. I contacted staff twice - once by phone the other by WhatsApp. I received no response on the WhatsApp and was told by phone management would contact me which they didnt. Personally I didnt like that I had to catch a Grab or a taxi if I wanted to eat outside the hotel.

    Beautiful place but very uncomfortable because if the summit coming on.
    Beautiful location lovely staff and lovely amenities
    There was a summit going on and it was noisy with helicopters, there were police and army all over the place. Our stay was very uncomfortable because of this and it totally spoilt our holiday .

    We expected more out of a hotel like Grand Hyatt. We had to call reception to get our room cleaned. Pools and bars close
    Nice pools. Plenty of restaurants and high quality breakfast.
    Pool and bards closing too early. Disorganised kids club and they only keep the kids for 2 hours for free. Teens club was also badly handled with a capacity of only 10 people which somehow includes the parents. So basically 2 families go in and occupy the whole teens club of a huge hotel like the Grand Hyatt. Unheard of.

    Club-access room is highly recommended!
    Room was up-graded from Club-access 1 King to Club-access deluxe 1 King maybe due to Christmas holiday season. Breakfast and evening canape at the Grand Lounge was full of choice. The staff at the Lounge was very friendly, attentive and communicative.
    Clean-up of the room was a bit late in the afternoon.
