Wonderful Stay

Best is the location, near to Central World, BTS and plenty of happenings spot nearby. Room is comfortable and clean, a bonus that free laundry during our stay. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. We met the Chef in the lift while going out for dinner, he gave us a small tour to the Tea Room restaurant - what a nice gesture.

Breakfast sitting is a bit congested during peak hour.

Great location and friendly staff. Great view of CentralWorld and fireworks...! Gym is good too....

We really wish that the hotel can change the breakfast menu or dishes every few days.... kind of tired eating the same food esp on the 4th & 5th days. Varieties are losing out to other 5 stars hotels. Next, the rooms are due for a timely upgrade or renovation... but still love the classical architecture at lobby and foyer area. Oh, the glass table in the room is an obstruction.

the room cleaning came one day at 4.30pm..... to late we was in the room. Also the laundry service was very expensive, because the maids came every afternoon you did not receive the laundry back until the next day.

Whilst the room issue was ultimately resolved and the fact we like the hotel. Their new years celebration and dinner was

Centrally located.

They initially did not give us a room on a non-smoking floor despite this being a prime request. They gave us a room in a smoking floor despite claiming to have designated the room as non-smoking room. There was still the smell of cigarette in the room from the other rooms. However after raising the complaint they moved us to a room on a non-smoking floor. The New Yearss dinner at the lounge was extremely disappointing. The food was sub-standard and for the price charged totally disappointing. We would have been better having the dinner at another hotel.
