Pass on this hotel. JW Marriot airport and Novotel are vastly better properties
The hotel is well situated and a spacious foyer etc. Rooms are dated.
The mosquitoes on/in and around the property area reason I would not stay here again. Secondly the room smelled of damp. Small cabinet for clothes which once hung up smelt of
Damp and the room generally.

It was a lovely trip. all went well,Amazing trip. The staff was lovely.
I like everything, specially the food from all the restaurants. The staff were amazing. very help full and kind. The rooms was cleaned daily. lovely hotel. The security guards at the hotel entrance was always smiling which i did not see in any other hotel. they always greeted us with a smile. Thanks to them.

Location, breakfast, housekeeping.
This review is particularly for our experience in the apartment given to us - we had multiple issues with rooms/bathrooms locks not working and, washing machine had issues, multiple follow up required for water to be delivered, the do not allow all modes of transport to drop you to hotel lobby, staff not available on time for baggage services.
We had a wonderful time when we had previously stayed in the hotel but this hotel apartment was quite disappointing.

Some of the staff were excellent. The hotel was very well maintained.
We had to wait 2 hours to get into our room which meant we didnt get access until 1700. The room we booked through booking was not available. The reception staff were not very helpful in trying to resolve the issue and blamed the problem on booking. When we booked the entertainment for New Years Eve the price printed in their brochure had increased significantly with no justification. The pool was not available due to a private party. There were a number of very noisy events which made it difficult to sleep.

Not going back there ! There is no value for money
Their breakfast was reasonably good. The aircon worked well and nose level were tolerable. Wait staff at all the restaurants we ate in were very helpful and well trained.
Room was poorly executed and was not user friendly. TV remote never worked in the 4nights that we were there. Reception staff we very unfriendly and even 4days later did not make us feel valued. They were always on auto mode and there was absolutely no personal touch to their job. Always looked at us as more of a nuisance than a someone who gave them revenue. Rather disappointing ! Not to mention the mosquito menace that was not controlled well and my daughter was quite badly bitten . Faraz promised help but didnt deliver.

The name GRAND HYATT is not quite appropriate I thought given all of the above . Calling the hotel just Hyatt would be m
The wait staff were exceptional ! And so were the housekeeping staff. Always willing to go the extra mile but the Manger on duty Mr.Faraz was not very accommodating or helpful and nor were his staff. Their lack of respect and consideration for the guest was obvious.The wifi did not connect my devices even on the 3day of my stay and television had issues too.The volume constantly went down to the minimum and had to be adjusted frequently on a different remote control.The room had mosquitoes in it and my daughter was quite brutally bitten and became quite sick. The room are dated and the carpet needs a regular vacuum which I noticed had not happened in a while.
