Excellent hotel in Mysore that I would be happy to stay in again.

Very nice breakfast buffet with a large range of options (both western and Indian). Clean rooms with comfortable beds.

They call it 5 star, but the amenities and quality are 3 star equivalent

The price was closer to what you pay at Radisson, so I expected a slightly lower quality hotel. But this turnes out to be very small and cozy hotel, miniscule level of amenities. The front is cramped with car parked. The staffs were quite grumpy, sad looking, and unintwreated in work. Finding a seat for breakfast was a circus. First the staff said there is a queue, and we wrote our roon number and waited to be called. After 10-15 mins when we approached again, ppl from behind the queuebhave already entered. We apptoached both the staff and the manager, but were very much running away from us, saying wait sir I will be back, but never came. We really had to fight for a seat for 30-40 mins. Thw staff at front desk for check out was similarly quite rude.

Good centrally located hotel but need more care for in house guests

The hotels breakfast spread was excellent. I love Indian food especially for breakfast. We had a problem with dinner on Christmas eve. Since we didn't want to have the Christmas brunch that was on, we opted to go out for dinner. The reception suggested us few places but they were all full with people in long queues, Finally we had to get take away masala thosa. We requested for two plates from room service which never came. I think the hotel should treat the in-house guests better.

Not good because room interiors are very basic and rooms are small. Food also was not very good as expected

The hotel has to work on their staff on how to go above and beyond for their customers

The location, the rooms are well maintained.

The staff at the dinning, I had lunch the day I checked in, and I was shocked to see the services of the staff, who are not willing to listen to their customers. The used dishes are left for long on the table, the tables are not clean, the basic cutlery is not set for the new guest while taking over the table, the napkin is not uniform in a table. For most of the stay, I had to ask these things repeatedly.

breakfast was really below average overall. basic south indian breakfast was not upto the mark. paratha was not good. Worst was the Filter coffee.
