Very good location, close to Sky tower. We had breakfast ala carte which was very nice.
unpleasant staff, lack of communication. Due to a cancelled flight by Air NZ, we texted that we would be arriving a day later (note that our reservation was non-cancellable and we paid for it). No one responded to our email. At check -in we were first refused accommodation, then we had to prove our messages, which no one replied to, and show our payments through the bank. The staff was very unpleasant. Finally we got a room and of course paid for three nights even though we were only two. As an unpleasant bonus, no one came to clean our room...

Everything was lovely and comfortable. The buffet breakfast every morning was amazing the variety and standard of food was amazing! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely and spacious! My husband and I miss the breakfasts!
Nothing at all, the staff and hotel was great! It was a well needed break!

No monitoring of the swimming pool. With kids jumping in and a dangerous suction hole on the side of the pool, not covered with a guide. My sons leg was stuck to the hole and caused a large bruise on his leg.

Beautiful location, very comfortable highly reccomened to others to stay here.
A swimming pool and gym was included in the facility and it was a convenient location to explore the city
