    This is a big hotel, the room is big and spacious good hotel for families I had a pleasant stay here the bed's comfortable food a good night's sleep
    The hotel pool was in the shade all day, not sun A bit far from the beach but this was solved with A1 and half hourly mini bus provide by the hotel

    Tiered decor especially in the rooms. Minimal furniture for such a big room.

    very comfortable stay in a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price.
    we have stayed here a few times breakfast is very good staff friendly big c opposite the hotel terminal 21 a short walk or you can take hotel shuttle. there is a back road that will take you to thai bbq on third road.
    the gym is still not available and that makes it 6 months plus since we were there and they working on the gym.

    Overpriced for what they offer.
    Plenty of free parking. The room was large and had a huge bed and as we were on the 16th Floor, we had a great view and were high enough to be away from the noise.
    Breakfast was really poor and catered mainly for Indian tastes.

    We are absolutely satisfied with the hotel
    The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very spacious with two big double beds. We booked two rooms for 5 people, but our grandma lived alone in a separate room as for my family of 4 one room was enough. The breakfast was good, every day they baked pancakes or coconut cookies, omelette. There were two types of fruit - pineapple and watermelon. Seven Eleven and Central Marina shopping mall are right opposite the hotel, very convenient. Beach is not nearby, 20 minute walk, but it doesnt bother
    Wish there were more chicken instead of pork. No kids menu. No cheese. They didnt allow to refill bottle with fresh water, it seemed strange for me. We didnt use swimming pool as the water in it was extremely cold. But the sea is amazing so no need of swimming pool

    Excellent service mind of staff. Variety of breakfast buffet line. Good location and have mini mart in front of hotel. Big and clean room. We havent use the swimming pool but we can see it from our balcony. The swimming pool is quit big.
