Incredoble hotel. Amneties and service dream level !
10 out of 10 except for the pool.
Very upset that I could not use the swimmong pool (31st floor) and none of the guests was spotted in, because the water is dead cold. This hotel is perfect in every respect possible, why dont they warm the pool?. It was really dissapointing. - everyone I spoke to complained about it.

Overall very nice hotel most suitable for family with children
Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Water park is very convenient just at the lobby level. Onsen and spa is very nice
Not enough lighting inside the room which makes it very dark in the evening. Quality of breakfast needs improvement
