A Fabulous Hotel in wonderful Hanoi

Everything is fantastic! The staff are kind and helpful, the room was beautiful and very comfortable. The location is great, the breakfast was excellent too! We had an early checkout, so they made up breakfast to take to the airport. I couldnt recommend more highly.

Early booking a junior suite is a good choice

Junior suite is a room with a window to the street which is a comfortable room if you dont mind the noise from the street. Be aware that if you have a normal double room, you have no room with a view, just a small window opening which makes you feel suffocated as there is no fresh air and no view. I felt like I was in some sort of prison. But I guess this kind of rooms is a common thing in the old quarter . Breakfast is good. Staff are polite.

Great place to stay for 1-2 nights for Hanoi city centre. Adequate breakfast to get you going for a trip into the hinter

Great hotel for a springboard into old town water puppet theatre etc. most of the guests transient so use the hotel for short periods on way to or from other excursions. Good breakfast clean room

Cute boutique with amenities and a supportive staff. Loved it!

Wonderful boutique hotel. I booked the family size room on the 7th floor. This space was roomy with two double beds and it had two windows with outside views. (Just be aware that the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor; requiring you to take stairs to 7th floor.) The staff was exceptionalevery employee was absolutely wonderful and accommodating!

Our room had some electrical outlet issues. If you only need three items plugged in at once, then it is a non-issue and everything will be fine.

Location was perfect, staff were extremely friendly, especially Minh. He arranged my airport transfers and helped me whenever i asked him about something.

Breakfast could be better if they can provide more options.
