    Location was excellent. The hotel was clean and staff were fantastic! WiFi connection was good as well. Would definitely stay again here.
    The room was quite small but for a solo traveler was enough. There is live music at the restaurant that you hear in your room until 11PM but the hotel does offer you earplugs if you need. No hot water, only lukewarm, but it did not bother me.

    Very nice place in a good location and very close to the beach. Nice and friendly staff, very good spa and laundry service.
    The only thing we found missing was a place to dry swimwear. Not a huge dealbreaker, but still.

    The reception staff are amazing and amazed how they remembere your name given amount of guests, big shout to Eta who happily canceled my original booking fee's free after the price dropped several hundred IRP in the space of 2 hours... nothing was too much problem for them.
    The bed was a bit on the hard side, and the room was a bit on the small side,... the friendliness of the staff made it all good in the end.

    Very confusing as the staff made it enjoyable.
    The only thing that made our stay very positive was the staff very helpful and friendly. They deserve a raise. The location is very good . This hotel is very good for backpackers.
    The size of the bedroom was very small for 2 people. The images on the ads are not as the reality. The hotel needs a good renovation.

    They have the most beautlful girl in Bali as receptionist , she is smiling as angel and help you for everything like a angel. Hi again to Ndia
    Rooms a little bit tiny , and bathrooms are old so smell not so good on enterence

    Great place to stay and with really good food.
    The staff was amazing, espacially the ladies at the restaurant. Our one year old absolutly loved them. They all made sure we always had everything we needed. The room was cleaned on a daily basis even though in some days we left the room after noon. Would definitely come back.
    Even though the rooms are quite small, they are very comfortable with storage space under the bed for suitcases and shoes
