    Really good stay just no service
    Great spot, easy access to both bus and MRT. Having the mall downstairs was good. More information, better communication and the cleaning was not delivered as promised (twice per week)
    Great spot, easy access to both bus and MRT. Having the mall downstairs was good. Pool was good steam room was never on and the jacuzzi was extremely hot to burning.

    It was a most comfortable and convenient stay for me and my family.
    Location,easy access to shopping mall and eateries. Buses and MRT nearby
    One of the Aircondition units had a leak. After men worked on it the leak still there after 2 days.

    Excellent location as GW sits above GW Mall. 5 min walk to MRT. Fantastic pool plus good wifi.
    Responsive and friendly staff, excellent location (5 min walk to MRT), huge swimming pool and two spa pools, 3 bedroom was very spacious. Great beds and kitchen facilities were very good.

    Overall great stay, great for families.
    The staff are experienced and friendly. They really helped with the process while I was making the booking. Facilities are great. Location is great.
    I wish they recognise returns stayers better. We have been regulars at Great World for the past 5 odd years.

    Easy and convenient location for what we needed.
    Ease of checking in, the location, the staff were pleasant.
    Tumble dryer was useless, was not enough furniture for a family of five, the pillows were rubbish, the fact that we had to walk to the car park instead of using the lifts.

    Large spacious rooms, well maintained. Facilities are great especially the play room for kids. Staff very helpful.
    A bit pricey, but much better than other serviced apartments in Singapore.
