The treatment from staff and the manager/owner that is so rude and don't have respect for people
1. There are no processes in place. The owner calls and gives discriminatory orders to restrict guest's on things they claim to offer on booking.com
2. The woman is rude to staff
3. The woman questioned my discount from the app wanted me to pay more and when I explained she said she will increase the price on the app because she has bills to pay and staff to pay and she did and she always harass my family and kids with calls and the constant knocking on doors by staff
4. The owner clearly needs to hire people who know how to and who are capable of running a business as she has 0 customers service skills and lacks any knowledge of running a guesthouse
5. When my kids played on the grass by the pool side, which they've previously done at the property for 2 weeks, she called the gardener's phone to come knock on my door, so that she can shout at me for allowing my kids to play on their grass. She claimed she lost her own child from drowning in the pool so that's why she doesn't My Kids ( who know how to swim and were not there for that) to play on her grass. She kept shouting to a point where we resorted to checking out immediately.
6. The owner clearly needs psychological help because you can't project on your clients for tragedies that happened in your personal capacity. Especially if there are no signs on the property that show any restrictions prior to guest's using their facilities. They must learn to be upfront with their terms and conditions.
