Could provide microwave in the room for an additional cost.

Staff services have improved 10 fold since my last visit (+ complaints)

Kitchen/ catering staff are slack. Needed to wait for 15mins to place an order for 2 cups of horlicks. Needed to wait another 30mins and had to walk upto the kitchen to complain. Then the drink was provided after a further 5 minutes delay. I couldn't enjoy the drink as I had to rush to the airport. Food is cold, despite the warm weather. Even reheating request is not serviced.

Good enough for business short stay

Close to Airport, lovely curry buffet (hot!) and room had good aircon and shower

Way to many security staff (I counted 5 on one day) Id imagine one on door is good enough. Apart from maybe around pool there no comfortable area for relaxing with drinks etc Was Charged double price for a taxi to airport. Breakfast could of had more selection for western visitors
