    "I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Ravindra Singh Chauhan, a member of the resort's staff, was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards my group. While we were enjoying our evening in the pool, he approached us and shouted at us to leave and go back to our rooms, using incredibly inappropriate language. It was clear that he did not have any sense of how to talk to guests and his behavior was completely unacceptable. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and it has left me with a very negative impression of the resort overall. I would caution anyone considering staying at this resort to be aware of the poor treatment that guests may receive from certain staff members. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this resort to others and would suggest looking for other options in the area."

    The property refused to give us our room inspite of advance booking since the revised some other high rate booking. The reception people were very rude .

    Everything was perfect. Fantastic staff, lovely clean hotel. Large rooms which are nice and cool. Good food and a nice garden with a pool to relax. Good value for money, we would stay again and would recommend to all. The staff make this place ! Great great hotel

    Best place to stay in Pushkar! Super friendly staff, great pool, good food, and quiet location.
    The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The pool was very clean (cold! but so refreshing). My daughter loved to swim every day, and it truly made the stay so relaxing after being busy in town in the mornings. It was probably our favorite place we've stayed during our three months trip in India. Mostly because of how kind the staff and owners are as well.
    nothing, everything was great- especially for the price. we couldn't believe how affordable it was for what you get.
