Nice facility and location but where is HOSPITALITY??

1) Cleanliness and property up keep is good in general. 2) Restaurant provides nice food. 3) Nice location and an ambient view.

1 ) The children play area was a mud puddle and my kids messed their feet on arrival itself without knowing the situation. 2) I had to explicitly ask for basic house keeping elements like Bath Towels. 3) A standard disposable Chapal was not provided even after asking. 4) Staff, in general, possess a don't care attitude to guests. They need serious training on hospitality. 5) Staff does not possess an assisting attitude instead a BOSSY attitude. 6) The only time I have seen pleasant staff is while final bill settlement. They are confident that it is the only time hospitality or pleasant attitude is required in this business.

The staff were amazing they go out of there way to make your stay pleasant. Zero complaints of the staff they even helped me with some requirement I had. The rooms were clean and very good the beds were comfy. Everything is superbly maintained, the garden with the mountain view is superb.

The price for the rooms we had got was not worth it as they had mentioned it was a room with a view had view of tree only, there were other rooms which had beautiful view of the hills the property is huge and has lot of room and cottages, it would be better to call the property to book the best view room's.

If your goal is to relax then this is one of the best stays in kodaikanal

Very well maintained and amazing rooms and great location but little far from the main city.

Staff should have been alert and resolve fast when there was nuisance by other travellers at room corridors. We have to call the receptionist and report twice that some people are drinking outside of our rooms. Anyway they resolved it after reporing.

The provided rooms was almost 4 floor level down from reception, Unfortunately no lift, no battery car or no wheel chair assistance to the elders due to no ramp option. And we went with senior citizen and they suffered bit.
