This was my first experience with a hostel and it exceeded all my expectations!

I loved the location to all the attractions as well as the different activities that they had that went along with exploring the city like the Pub Crawl and City Tour.

Theres nothing I can inherently say I didnt like. The staff always friendly, the facility meet all my needs, the shower was always hot. I didnt like that you had to pay for your towel, but for a single dollar and unlimited exchanges, it was a mute point.

Amazing staff, and insanely perfect location. Very memorable hostel and I highly recommend it!

It was great! I loved the location it was just absolutely amazing being in the middle of everything in the city. The free dinner was also tasty! And the staff were very kind and helpful :D

The free breakfast could've been better I feel like. But overall it was still fine. There was very few things that I disliked.

It has been a great pleasure to stay at Green Tortoise Hostel. The location is perfect. It took less than an hour to get there by the 1 Line from the airport. As it is located right across the Pike Place Market, it was so convenient to walk outside and take a long walk along the market, enjoy good food, and get some coffee. I also appreciate all the staff's kindness and thoughtfulness. I stayed at the hostel for a week and could observe how they welcomed other travelers and organized a nice Christmas dinner! If I travel to Seattle again, either alone or with some friends, I would like to stay here again.

Unpleasant stay.

The bed is very good.

Some people who are kind of staying there forever are very rude, and not friendly at all. Its a bit scary to run into them everyday. Some rooms are Smokey because smokers live there.

Probably my best hostel on this trip

Staff were amazing! Loved the free walking tours as well, Im not much of a planner so I just kind of see where I end up but the tour leaves from the hostel which is great! Beds were comfy and plenty of bathrooms, never had to wait.

Cold! Had to ask for an extra blanket but luckily they did have extras

Great place to stay if travelling alone and having budge concerns

The location and the staff are terrific! They give prompt assistance and give great tips. The free tour to explore the city is highly recommended too

Tantalazing cosmopolitan bunkmates, Great walking tour. Free Breakfast

murals and tabletop painting by Jun S of China (done in Dec 2006 - Jan 2007) are still amazingly loved! Free breakfast is a HUGE deal. Walking tour to Pike's Place Market was informative.

Soap Needed in showers. Liquid soap dispenser! The sinks near Rm 210 are falling off wall - dangerous!! The bar above the right bunk in Rm 210 is a huge hazard! Staff told me that cleaning crew smashed her head on this bar. Very sad I did not book direct with Green Tortoise to get the best rate. Flixbus from Portland was decent.

Great hostel with friendly vibes, clean and also a nice area to work and hangout in!

Right next to Pike market in seattle. Had very easy access to different modes of transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a great breakfast spread. Really liked staying here

I am a light sleeper and I think my room was right above one of the lounges that had music playing up until 2 am. I was too tired to go ask them about it since i was also only staying for two nights.
