    Honestly, I dont think this is a 4 star hotel.
    Walkable to and from Sun Yat Sen (for watching fireworks). Breakfast was decent. Staff are helpful. Comfort room is clean and spacious. The metro station (zhongxiao dunhua) is just a few meters away.
    Parts of the room were dusty. There were stains on the carpet too. If you are assigned to 14th floor, you will have to take 2 elevators. Elevators felt sketchy too.

    Terrible stay, property is in a need for an overhaul, and a deep clean of its carpet and curtains,
    Cant fault the location of the property. It is right in the middle of the shopping district of Taipei.
    The biggest issue is the cleanliness of the room. When we first walked in, we could smell the dust in the air and its quite obvious that no one has cleaned the curtains and did a deep clean of the carpets for a while. We had to cut short our stay as level of dust wasnt bearable.

    Location is excellent near to the blue line that bring you directly to the Taipei main station
    I booked for 2 adults and 1 child. And they refuse to give me a 3rd bath towel claiming that child is staying for free so no towel. What's logic?! Also I couldn't for my room card and they wanted to charge me 200NT for it. I was lucky I found that missing card. They only do room clean every 4th day though they will change the towels and clear the trash. I felt like I was staying in a hostel instead of a hotel.

    My choice in Taipei.
    My hotel choice when I go to Taipei. This is already my 4th time to book in this hotel. While I noticed that on this stay, cleaning is not done daily already, it still works well for me as towels are changed and garbaged are emptied out, daily. Breakfast is also a plus. What I like about it though is the convenience to access train station and there are many big brand shops, whole in the wall eats around the hotel.

    Stay here if youll spend the entire time outside.
    The location was the best, very convenient. Right upstairs from the subway, lots of shopping in the area as well as convenience stores and restaurants.
    No windows in the room!

    No heater. I stayed 1 night in this room at level 12 that has no window, ceiling feels lower. The room is cold despite switching off the aircon. The 2nd night i stay in another room on level 6, the room is not as cold. So i think there is a difference.

    It was a comfortable, pleasant stay close to the transportation, food and the sights.
    The rooms withe the large king size beds were comfortable and spacious. The cleanliness of the room with daily towel changes were outstanding. The buffet breakfast spread was also with good variety.
    Checking out could be up till noon as check in is at 3 p.m. Although the hotel holds your luggage, the lobby is so cramp with luggages all over the front desk area. There are items that need to be asked for like bathrobes an items for the room.
