    Plenty of parking, wi-fi strength, mobile signal, kitchen utensils, heating, keyless entry, very comfy kingsize mattress, price was reasonable, couple of different easy access roads into Whitby
    bathroom fittings (taps especially) are showing their age, wouldn't say suitable for 4 grown ups - 2 children OK as lounge sofas too small, steep approach road but most cars will be OK

    Cottage was absolutely beautiful so cosy everything you need, beds were so comfortable and bedrooms spacious view from cottage was lovely and we could see Whitby Abbey in the distance Would definitely stay again

    Very cosy and comfortable.
    Kitchen tap can hardly get any hot water coming out and same situation with the shower:( Steep lane to cottage can be tricky with wet, muddy and wintery weather.

    Quiet location but close enough to walk in to Ruswarp, clean and comfortable cottage
    Although we did not meet the hosts, we did interact via the booking messaging and communication was spot on. The cottage was well laid out, bedroom at each end, with the kitchen and living space in the middle. (Shower and toilet near one of the rooms.) As the doors were like gates, it was difficult to open / close them without making a noise, although not excessive in anyway, they were louder than a normal interior door would have been. Beds were very comfortable, facilities supplied and welcome pack much appreciated. Coffee, tea and milk also supplied, as were clean towels. Would return without a doubt.

    The kitchen hot water tap and the shower had a very slow flow rate, making filling a bowl to wash up very slow and taking a shower painfully slow. Having said that the bath hot water tap had a high flow and it was very very hot.
