    The access to the apartment from the car park with the luggage can be a somewhat uncomfortable as you have to walk for a bit

    I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.
    The reception from Nikolina the landlady was brilliant. I've never felt more welcomed. But it didn't stop there, Nikolina was amazingly helpful and cheerful. The facilities and outdoor area were excellent. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

    The most loveliest, welcoming hosts and a great spot. Would highly recommend staying here!
    Nikolina and Stijepo are the most amazing hosts and loveliest people we met in Croatia! They welcomed us with ice cream and drinks on arrival (such a treat!) as we were early to our room which needed it's final touches. The room was great and had everything we needed. It was clean and an amazing view out to the ocean from the balcony. Great spot very central so just a short bus ride to either old town or new town. Would highly recommend this place if not just to experience the amazing hospitality from these great people. Thank you again you two and sorry for the late review and we will be back one day!

    Conveniently equipped room (e.g. map on the wall), fantastic terrace view. Maybe the kindest host I ever had, taking also care of seemingly less important things which can mean a lot: we got ice cream upon arrival and it was very hot. Good location close to beach and shops. Dubrovnik old town is 20-25 minutes walking (there is also a bus service, but we never used it). Parking place.
