WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, Im a frequent visitor to dubai. The first and last time I book this place

The worst Management ever. You face one problem with reservation and the front desk wont let you even reach the manager. And every time you try contacting the Manager they give an excuse. Plus: the phone lady has the worst attitude

Good location - bad hotel.
The location is good.
The staff at cafe serving breakfast not friendly. One day I had to go early and just wanted to take one cup of karrak tea in a take away cup. He gave me full lecture that its not allowed. Not guest friendly.
The noise from the parties on 4th floor on weekends also disturbed my sleep.

I rate this hotel a 9 out of 10. Rooms are spacious and clean good strong hot water for showers and bathtubs nice outdoo
The staff is very professional and polite Ojo is an asset to the hotel owners in my opinion and went above and beyond

It worths to stay at this hotel both for business and for tourism.
The hotel offers excellent options for breakfast, including a continental one, besides a local cuisine and some options from Asian breakfast.
