    It was an amazing stay.
    The breakfast was exceptional as we got to eat various delicious food while looking out to the panoramic view.
    Nothing, all of the facilities provided in the hotel was good.

    The card of the room malfunctioned every day and we had to go to the lobby all the time for a new card. The were no slippers for the hotel guests. The shower gel bottle was empty.

    Very pleasant stay but could have been better
    Location is ideal if you need to catch train. Station is just beside hotel. Breakfast was good and the restaurant has an amazing view of the mountains.
    Some rooms face the back of the hotel and it has literally zero view. Unfortunately we were given a room on the 2nd floor which made it worse. Housekeeping wasnt up to standard. There was still an unwashed coffee cup even after room was done the following day and hair was still found on toilet floor

    Close to hbf station and a mall. Very convenient. 15 mins walk to the town.
    Our room door was opened by someone using her access card. It turns out the hotel mistakenly assigned the same room to another guest. Safety is our primary concern as we are traveling with young kids. On the second day, our card was mistakenly locked, and we requested the lobby counter to unlock it. The hotel staff apologized for both incidents.
