When we arrived to get the room at the reception 07/12 at 12:00 there was someone with blonde glasses who gave us a room, we went up and saw that there were 2 beds but connected. I went back to the reception and asked her she said someone would come to sort it out she sighed in front of the facts at work and I heard it, it was disrespectful and unpleasant
We asked for 2 separate beds from the beginning and every day they cleaned the room the beds were put back together and it was not pleasant for me to sleep next to my father and it is not acceptable at all, how did the employee look down on me just because I asked.
Coffee machine in the dining room is bad, I made a cappuccino and everything came out clear water and then the workers came to fix it.
At the bar we arrived at, they looked at me and Father Moser, it was not pleasant to sit there and it seems they laughed , All in all, I wanted to relax and travel with my father and I was disappointed with the service at the reception and the bar.
We used the tea in the room and refilled it once, disappointing.

Grand deluxe room over priced. Plug sockets not available/ working, had to use the kettle in the bathroom. Poor lighting, lamp did not work beside the bed, tv would not sinc to phone as wifi unsecured, breakfast although a good choice was cold. All issues reported and ignored

There was no power outlet on my side of the bed therefore I could not charge my phone there.
There were a lot of "Lepisma saccharina" especially on the bathroom floor, but we also saw them in the "living room"
