Room was nice, the staff was very helpful.
When we made the booking in the description of the room it was listed that breakfast was included, while when we arrived they said it is not.
In the booking.com app it was stated still but not in the web version.
We tried to clarify it via customer support but we got big nothing! Not even apologize for their own mistake (still it is not clear who is responsible for the text about room description).

A lovely hotel in a calm suburb of a beautiful city!
Located very close to the L4 Bogatell metro station so handy to travel into central. Lobby and bar/restaurant were gorgeous! Rooftop pool was an added bonus too.

Clean, friendly, great location
Amazing location! Near restaurants, cafes and metro/bus. The stuff was very welcoming and made the stay more special! Will be definitely coming back! Amazing view from the hotel with an outdoor pool and an indoor spa facility which added a nice touch to the relaxing last night in Barcelona after all the walking.

Superb
Big room, free drinks, free utensils and frequent room service were all very appreciated. Staff was really helpful.
The room had cupboards, couch and a very usable desk, which was very nice. (This was privilege class)
The spa area was a bit of a disappointment ( rather tepid pools, no water to throw on the hot stones in the sauna and the Turkish hamman was just a stream bath with no access to hot and cold water)
Personally I struggled with the height of my room, I don't have vertigo per se, but the full height windows and the bumpy lifts didn't always improve my mood.
