    The room was so dirty and unclean. The staff was not at all helpful. We requested room service from the staff for 2 different requests but it was not provided.

    The location of the hotel is nice. The rooms and the hotel are tidy. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly.
    There were not enough towels for four people in the hotel room. The shampoo had run out. The shower leaks water, the bathroom flour is constantly wet. It was not good that the door to the toilet was glass. And the pillow was so thin it was almost non-existent

    The rooms were very clean. The location was superb with easy access to public transport. Staff were helpful when I needed to print my welcome card.

    The location is great and in less than 10 minutes of walking, you easily have access to the trains to the airport. The staff were super helpful and we had a smooth process for checking in and out. They also offer you a 5 euro voucher if you ask to not clean your room which I think is smart for a short stay like us. If I visit Berlin again, I will choose this hotel again. Also, there is a shopping centre close to the hotel and some landmarks in walking distance that you can enjoy.
    I just wish they had some toiletries such as toothpaste in the bathroom.

    Good place in general. Perfect if you stay for two or three days.
    The location was within walking distance of the metro station. The breakfast was good with a range of options. But no croissant, no juice. The room was quiet and comfortable. The door in the bathroom was cool.
