    Good value. Excellent staff.
    Extremely helpful, friendly staff in reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Great location. Bathroom very clean. Great breakfast selection.
    Very very soft pillows ! Extra pillows brought up very quickly when requested. Carpet not clean when beds were pulled apart to make 2 single beds. Quickly rectified by housekeeping though.

    The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the train station. We took the train from BER airport towards Alexanderplatz train station and walked for 5 minutes up to the hotel. The tram and metro are also nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. Additionally, not too far, there is a coffee shop and a Kaufland store in case you need to buy anything. The bathrooms have heated floors, and the room was clean and nice
    The noise inside the room was a bit disturbing. It almost felt like we were outside, as the windows were not properly isolating the room.

    Comfortable and large beds. Warm floor in bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, free extras like snacks and drinks in business lodge. Just great stay for all my family in the Berlin heart.

    Exceptional hotel near the city center with all necessary amenities.
    Close to City center and all amenities. The rooms were super clean and big same goes for bedsheets and towels. Personnel were extremely helpful and polite at all times. Breakfast was exceptional

    Room was spacious and clean, breakfast was good location good
    Only complaint is one lift was out of service most of our stay and so it was quite slow getting around the hotel. Also, although room cleaning was done every day, tea, coffee and milks weren't topped up so we had to go and ask for them but staff were helpful when we did. Otherwise this is a really perfect hotel.

    Youre really near alexanderplatz and you have public transportation stops all over the place. The rooms are big and really warm.
    The wifi is really bad. Needed it for work and ended up using my cellular data because the wifi was SUPER slow. Also the breakfast is a ripoff. We payed 30 euros for a breakfast for two and they didnt even have real orange juice. The next days we decided to have better and cheaper breakfast at a near caffe

    The hotel does not provide slippers. The house is large, but there are many and very few furnitures inside. There is a lot of space between furniture. In such a large space, there is no decent table or chairs with backrests. The hotel is not cost effective. The room is very dark
