Superb

We loved how the hotel was centrally located to everything; we were able to walk everywhere. We also really liked the modern industrial look of the hotel- the rooms, the lobby, and the bridge/lounges on each floor were clean and tastefully done. The lobby receptionists were accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Had a great stay in Newport.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is one of the best for walking to restaurants and shops. Rooms are very clean

The rooms are small and the bathrooms are tiny. There was no fridge in the room and very limited storage for cloths.
