Helpful friendly staff, super comfortable bed and nice room (with great temperature control).

The breakfast is rubbish, and something I would be have expected from a low rate hostel, rather than a hotel at this price point. The scrambled eggs had never seen a chicken, very little that was fresh, gluten free bread had to be requested and there was very little else appropriate. There was vegan milk and sausages (had to be requested) but little else. But the staff were very helpful, where they could be. A disappointment if breakfast is an important part of your stay (as with us). You can't cast to the TV's which seemed a little retro in such a new hotel (but not a huge problem for us)

Nice rooms and decor, but breakfast was awful.

Rooms were nice, very tidy and staff are great.

The food at breakfast was absolutely awful. The worst breakfast I've ever had. Even the coffee was poor! The quality of the food items served was atrocious. I couldn't even eat the cooked breakfast and settled for toast. Even the fresh juices weren't proper juice. They were a sweetened cordial mix, just horrible.

Paid to stay here for 2 nights then had to pay to park my car in the hotel car park the room had no window to open felt closed in also hall way was stinking of takeaway with boxes outside quest room breakfast was below standard

Extremely comfortable and relaxing.

Room was large with a comfortable bed, 3 chairs and a well laid out shower room. Location was ideal for walking to many destinations. Staff were excellent.
