    This Hampton Inn & Suites in Knoxville Papermill Drive, TN is highly recommended by guests. The staff, including Samantha and Susan, were friendly and helpful. The rooms and lobby were clean, and the (Read More) breakfast was amazing. The location is convenient with nearby restaurants and stores. The staff, including Martin and Tammy, provided excellent service. The hotel is easily accessible from the interstate and is dog-friendly. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay with great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.

    Comfortable and clean stay. Good value.
    The location is nice and secluded but still right off the highway. Very clean. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Right down the street from a great Chicago style pizza place.
    Friendly staff but they didn't do the usual walk through when checking us in. Just handed over the room key with a smile. An novice guest would have been a little lost. The breakfast was great but the potatoes were a tiny bit undercooked. The mattresses in our room also need to be replaced. They creaked and squeezed.

    Clean and nice, but unprofessional staff and our room smelled like a wet dog
    Easy check in, nice location, nice accommodations
    We had one of two king suites on the first floor and our room was very nice but smelled like a wet dog. By the time we got to the hotel we had been traveling for 10 hours and were exhausted, we just sprayed something and went to sleep. When I brought it to the womans attention when I checked out she was not apologetic or concerned, for this one reason I would stay elsewhere there are many hotels in the area.

    It was an enjoyable stay at a very convenient location.
    The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.
    Not the hotels fault but people were so loud coming in at night.

    Maybe more breakfast selections. It was nice to have a hot breakfast however.

    Stay here!! This Hampton Inn will not disappoint you! Their superb rating is well deserved!
    Breakfast was good; bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy! There were several juice choices as well as milk, coffee and tea. Other items included cereals, muffins, scones, bagels, waffles and all the accompaniments. No one should go away hungry! The location was terrific! Located just off of I-40, and less than ten minute drive to downtown. Our room was exceptional!!! It was huge, and had a plush velvet sofa with a chaise on one end. The bathroom area was nice as well. There were plenty of towels, and big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. I liked how that cut down on plastic waste. The beds were extremely nice, too! I had no trouble going to sleep on such a comfortable mattress! No expense was spared here!

    There was nothing I didn't like about this Hampton Inn! I've stayed in several from New York to Atlanta, places far and near, and this was by far the best! My compliments to the staff and management, because they are doing it all the right way!!!
