    Good hotel for a short stay
    The bedroom was roomie. Very confortable beds and clean bathroom.
    The pillows are awful, very very soft. Even usin two pillows you dont get the right support. But experience with the apples during the breakfast, they were rotten. We guess it happened because was christmas day.

    Worst experience I could of had
    Didnt see much besides the guy at the front. He did little to help. Remembered taking a call about my reservation change and acknowledged the note left on the account but laughed when he realized his own oversight. I had been driving for 11 hours that day and his nonchalant attitude about his mistake and the hotel being fully booked ruined this whole place for me. It was nearly midnight and had to scramble to find something somewhere else.

    The room was nice and breakfast was excellent.
    My Jeep Wrangler was broken into in your Hotel Parking Lot sometime between the 24th Night and 25th morning. Both the passenger side windows were shattered and all my luggage was stolen. There was glass all my Jeep. I was moving from New Jersey to San Diego to start my career in San Diego. I had all my luggage for the move stuffed in my Jeep and the thieves broke into my Jeep and stole everything. Even though the Alarm went off none of your staff noticed it and alerted me. When I checked out on 25th and came to my Jeep I noticed it and alerted the front desk and called the Police and filed a report. This type of situation happened first time to me and it should never happen in a reputed Hilton facility. I am very, very disappointed with the behavior of the staff. I lost all my clothes, shoes etc. I was left with just my change cloth bag. When m family in NJ were trying to reach me at 3:00 PM on 12/25/2023, the lady at the front desk was very nasty and did not help them out in locating me and giving them my information. I was in your hotel trying to patch up the broken window with plastic so that I can travel. She deliberately repeatedly cut off their phone call and started avoiding their phone calls. Even though your room was great< I would never recommend anybody your hotel and I want to complain to the Hilton Management.

    Otherwise, very nice and clean. Decent breakfast.
    We walked by the pool and spa and that looked very murky and cloudy so we decided to skip it.
