    My stay was very nice
    The property was very clean, the breakfast was good
    I didnt like that check in starts at 4:00pm but I wasnt able to check in until almost 8:00pm due to them being short staff and the rooms werent available. I went to sit in my car for an hour seen other people walk in and was able to get in a room meanwhile I came back to ask about my room and was told I still didnt have a ETA I had to threaten to call corporate for me to get a room on a different floor when this couldve been done from the beginning. I ended up being late for my NYE party that started at 8pm Because I checked in at 7:45pm

    Most of the workers wasnt friendly I was there for 4 days no one clean my room I had the same cover and I had to constantly ask for towel and every thing that I needed but this one lady in breakfast was supper great I give her 10 plus I am so sorry I didn't get her name

    The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was very nice.
    The only uncomfortable part was not being able to adjust air and heat on our own. The air would come on when it was freezing.

    Hotel did not honor the quote given through booking.com. Showers did not drain. Dirty carpets. Dirty tables at breakfast and no room service.

    Great stay!
    They accommodated us at the last minute (as the first hotel we booked with was horrid) and wee had a great stay. Would definitely use them again.
    Slightly different price for weekend day that was not disclosed before booking but was not bad. No complaints otherwise.

    Th beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice.
    For the most part the staff was wonderful. The manager was rude and condescending. If you do not have to interact with him it a lovely place to stay.
