    Our stay was comfortable and I would return in the future.
    The close proximity to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center was ideal. The morning breakfast variety was great and substantial. The rooms were large and comfortable. Parking was convenient. Everyone from housekeeping to front desk were polite, pleasant and helpful.
    There appeared to be a lot of people congregating in the parking lot, so I was a little Leary about the safety of my car. There seemed to be a lot of friends visiting the front desk receptionists, which does not enhance the hotel atmosphere. The carpeting, especially on the lobby level could stand a refresh. I think that carpeting in the rooms, while it decreases the sound, does not help with cleanliness.

    Despite changing the booking with a booking.com agent, there was no booking when I arrived. Luckily they had an extra room. Not at all happy with how Booking.com and Hampton handled my change request.

    the room was cleaned 2 times in a week, the hotel staff does not communicate with the guests, and when this happens, the communication is very unpleasant and unprofessional

    There was no shampoo in the shower. I had to wash my hair with conditioner. Housekeeping isnt doing their job making sure things are filled.

    Great location, close to the University. Hot breakfast and nice clean rooms. I would stay here again.
    My room was comfortable with nice amenities. The refrigerator was helpful as well as the microwave. The towels were nice and fluffy and the bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast was nice.
    The front lobby could use some sprucing up. The eating area was nice and the rooms and hallways were fine too but the lobby desk and lobby area and elevator area were quite worn down. It also would have been nice to have an almond milk option at breakfast.
