    Guests had an exceptional experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Colorado Springs/I-25 South. The staff was friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate their needs. The rooms were c (Read More)lean and comfortable, with a great bed. The location was convenient, with nearby shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. The hotel was also within walking distance to the convention center. Overall, guests were pleased with the cleanliness, helpfulness of the staff, and the convenient location of the hotel.

    Disappointing
    Beware - booking.com offered a King Suite (bed/living rms). However the Hampton Inn and "Suites" said they don't have a King "Suites". Feel bamboozled. Seems like both companies would get their acts together and represent themselves correctly.
    To get the room type I reserved.

    Nice cozy place
    The staff was super nice, the facilities were very clean, and the location was also pretty great. Lots of chain restaurants nearby, but for some that's a plus. You could also walk to the movie theater and there was a convenient Target located just down the road. My room was spacious and comfy, and the cleaning staff did a really nice job organizing my things, a nice touch I thought. The gym was small but very clean, and it also included a Peloton bike which was a huge plus for me while staying.
    If I'm being honest, I would rate this a 4/5 on Google Maps if I were writing a review there. Unfortunately the walls were very thin, and at times it sounded like the people next door were in my room/bathroom. I know hotel breakfast is in general, not very glamorous, but it was a little disappointing for me. In my 4 mornings, two of theme were the exact same for the hot meal options. Each day was some form of sausage, and there was no bacon. The omelets were good but only had those for one day. I wish there were more options and that they had rotated things more.

    Excellent the best relationship between quality and price.
    The pillows and mattress were so comfortable. I love them. The breakfast was so good. Definitely I will stay there again

    Hot tub was broken. Wont go thru booking.com anymore Took a long time to get checked in because the booking.com system wasnt talking to the hotel so I couldnt get a room for a while

    Great Location!
    The staff was amazing!!! Ms. Carolyn was extremely friendly and kept the kitchen area super stocked and clean. I loved the constant coffee, tea and water in the lobby.
    The room was great, the only thing I didn't like was that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bathroom steamed up really fast.
