I am handicap and people were parked in the lines between the handicap spots. I was not able to get in my car. W had to back our car out of the spot so I could get in the car

An amazing stay

Everything was great and everyone was friendly and the hotel and rooms were both very clean. We didn't get to get breakfast but it looked amazing

We are a traveling group that travels near and far. Some of my party has medical cannabis. We all over 40 and we abide by all rules at every facility. We feel that the guy at the desk took his job a little to far by asking if I, personally smoked and began to tell us the rules of the hotel then he continued say that it'll be good if we didn't smoke in the room because she could sniff out everything. To me/us that was rude and unprofessional.

Most of the staff were outstanding /

Every thing was good until my last night 11-25-23 people in the next room were insanely loud

People were extremely loud , called front desk for assistance. Employee was busy checking guest in and forgot about the initial complaint 12:03am still going went down to front desk and asked to be moved to a new room or tell them to quiet down so I could sleep . Only got 3 hours of sleep complained to manager Jerry Brown I asked him to contact me to resolve issue he said he would this guy is a liar glad the rest of the staff has some integrity. I guess this guy doesnt realize how great this country can be. If you just do what you say, you gonna do dont lie to your customers telling them youll get back with them. This happened twice after I called corporate to complain they informed me he would call back he never did I would have had more respect for a person that just tell me the truth if youre not gonna do anything, just say youre not gonna do anything I guess its hard to get good help these days but after spending over $600 for four nights everyone should be entitled to a good nights sleep, or at least reimburse you 40 or $50 for your inconvenience Jerry brown you owe your customers who pay your salary to be honest and remember you work for the people you serve every day the Hilton name should mean something Im a veteran who served the great country with honor and respect with truth, liberty and justice, for all.
