The pool was closed. The breakfast didnt even have biscuits and gravy. It was pretty common fare. No soda offered at breakfast.

All of the hotel. It was clean and nice.
The breakfast buffet did not serve bacon. It would have been better if given a choose between two types of meats and two types of eggs. All the other offerings were good.

Great location right on Beale just tucked away
Location to Beale is perfect and the Grizzlies center. The staff is nice the parking is cheapest around and the breakfast a free added bonus. I would stay here again

This was our first NBA game experience in the hotel stay made it less remarkable.
I enjoyed the location being very close to the Fed x form. Which was the reason for our travel.
The elevators. One elevator broke during our stay which made it very hard to get on the non broken one. I had a stroller and two small kids during my stay and the elevator wait each time was 10-15 mins. My kids were not patient enough and at one time we took the stairs and they led us to the parking garage which we were not prepared to walk outdoors. The staff that were helping with breakfast seemed to be rushing us as it was 9:30 and breakfast ended at 10. This was our first visit and maybe our last.

No pool cleaning nor tempered, not safe, no quality on cleansiness
Location
I am not sure if I am being a terrible person, I have three complains. The towels in my room were (3 of them) filthy with some brown dry thing I had to those them to the floor on the bathroom and wash my hands. On the other hand the front desk allowed 2 homeless people to be inside the premises at the entry and restaurant area all night long.??? Why?!? And at breakfast. One of them of course asked me to check him in please. I wanted to use the pool reason for which I paid the adittional 3 star hotel but water was not tempered nor clear. Overall I used Hampton inn but this was not wort it with these 3 downgrades

Perfect location, comfortable rooms, Hayleigh at the front desk was great!
Location and I love Hampton inn ( comfortable beds with real comforters)
Parking was a bit challenging due to arriving at the exact time a Memphis game was letting out.
