    Excellent experience and we look forward to staying here again
    Everything was great. Our favorite thing was the coffee station in the lobby 24 hrs a day. In January it was great to have a cup of coffee waiting when we came in from a day of fun. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Great view for sunsets over the bay. Staff very friendly.
    The only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the hot tub. Could have been hotter. But it in no way spoiled our stay.

    Very disappointed in our stay here with the price we paid for.
    We liked the balcony view, we liked the breakfast that was included in our stay.
    The rooms were outdated needs to be upgraded there were holes in the wall in the bathroom our fridge did not work in our room the curtains in the room were dirty I just didnt think this stay was worth it for what we paid for I was very disappointed in this hotel.

    I tried changing my reservation and it was a mess. No one answered the phone or returned my emails!
