Very rude people over the phones.

Location

The front desk who I tried to talk to on the phone was very rude. After putting me on hold for 20 minutes approximately, while I await for her manager to help me out on an issue regarding my booking, she dropped the phone and left me to voicemail of her manager. To which of course, after me leaving a message, did not get a callback. This is the worst and rudest bunch. Dont know why they choose hospitality as their area when they clearly dont want to do it.

Location ok as near airport

Really dirty. Common area carpets dirty, surfaces in room dirty and sticky. Breakfast the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel
