One guest had a great stay for work, praising the cleanliness and incredibly comfortable bed. They enjoyed the hot and fresh breakfast, and will stay again in the future. Another guest found the hote (Read More)l to be nicer than a more expensive one, with a better location. They appreciated the accommodating staff who helped with an early check-in. A third guest had a pleasant stay and appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in arranging transportation. They also enjoyed the nearby Talking Stick Casino for dinner.

Location is great but they need to fix the climate controls on the 4th floor.

The location of this hotel is really great, being close to the Talking Stick Resort is nice. There were a lot of great places to walk to and see in this location. The continental breakfast was good.

We stayed on the 4th floor and the first room we went to the electronics did not work, they did move us right across the hall which was nice and easy. The issue was that the room was humid and with the AC on the windows were dripping wet and the room was not very comfortable due to the humidity.

Great location!

the locarton is so nice, we were wanting to hit up talking stick casino and its a super easy walk, also to top golf. across the highway is everything else scottsdale has to offer! Staff was very very friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfy. We had a beautiful sunrise view. Nice breakfast the morning after! Room had tons of outlets. Never really heard other guests so mice and quiet even on NYE.

Great staff. Good location

The breakfast was good. A different hot menu on a daily basis, the area was clean and attractive. The staff was fabulous. Helpful, friendly and always available. The location is great. The view of the mountains from our room's window was beautiful.

The room was wasn't all that comfortable. There was a slight but noticeable odor on the 4th floor, that odor was stronger in our room. The room was in need of a redo: newer mattress and bigger TV and general spruce up/clean up. The bathroom was is rough shape; tile missing, floor of shower funky with age. According to the front desk housekeeping was only an every other day thing. We were there four days and had housekeeping in once and that was only because we specifically requested the service, but the number of housekeeping visits or that we had to ask for housekeeping isn't the complaint. We understand it's difficult to get and keep staff nowadays - we get it, but if you aren't going to have daily or even every other day housekeeping, be sure there is enough towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soap and in room coffee to cover. There was a blinking light in the room just across from the bed - I'm sure it was a safety something or other, it would have been a none issue if the blinking light was in the entry hall and out of the sight line of someone trying to get to or stay asleep.

Was not a pleasant stay

On the 2 nd night of stay TV dud not work. They tried to fix but could not. Said it would be fixed the next morning. In the middle of the night on 2nd night the AC started making a very very loud noise waking us up. Told them in the morning and they said they would fix in an. Hurt back to room on 3 rd night, TV still did not work and AC nit working. I feel I should be credited for at least one night stay.

Great place for a night or two.

Great location, freeway close, casino close

No refrigerator in room to store meds that need refrigeration. A microwave would be a plus. Not necessary to have two large dressers as most travelers dont use them anyway!
