    Good clean & comfortable hotel
    Clean and comfortable stay, friendly staff, decent complimentary breakfast and close enough to old town and the Discovery Park where we attended a Country music festival. I appreciated the personalized welcome on the tv screen when entering the room as well.
    I didnt find anything dissatisfying.

    Liked everything except the loudness of doors slamming from the rooms, maybe door jams can be adjusted.

    Great proximity to stadium, Tower Bridge and Capitol Building.
    Size of room and quiet corner upper room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that my key didnt work and asked the floor maid to let me in. She graciously declined and explained policy and directed me to the front desk. That impressed me that you value your guests safety.
    Cost of room was high and breakfast closes too early. My keys didnt work most of time because of machine malfunction. No Ironman Triathlon discount for room because it is a very large event. Lots of athletes staying here as well. Really no negative about this place and these are just minor things. I traveled a long way and was very well rested at your place all week

    We traveled 3 hours and arrived 30 minutes before check-in and were told by reception that our room was already given to another guest. I had reservations via Priceline, which I have used for years without any problems whatsoever. They did suggest another local hotel which we had no choice because we traveled so far. That hotel turned out to be very nice, less cost and very clean and friendly. Later that evening I received 3 different emails from Hamptons with explanations which were not what was true. Placing the blame for this on Priceline, as well as no roll-in shower. I never asked for a roll-in shower. I booked an accessible room. They should have called me with any changes or problems before our traveling 3 hours. They did not take responsibility for thier error. I am extremely disappointed as this trip was special. Because of the way this was handled, I would prefer to stay elsewhere. This experience was not necessary.
