    Upon arrival, because the carpets were being washed and cleaned, when I arrived in my room, there was a god awful smell, as if it was coming from the sewer drain

    Front desk staff are friendly
    This property is next to a restaurant that has live bands that are loud and interfered with my sleep. Also, housekeeping was knocking at my door at 8:00 AM on the day of checkout when I was still getting ready. They still have a COVID protocol so the room was only cleaned once during my three night stay.

    Had a great stay. Fun Halloween weekend.
    I was traveling alone. Very safe area. The Domain shopping is a short Uber ride. Right across freeway. Close to downtown. The staff was very kind and made sure all their guests are taken care of. I will definitely come back. Breakfast is also included.

    Racist front desk person and dirty hotel.
    Breakfast was okay no bagels.
    We checked in late and the front desk guy kept wanting us to cancel the reservation with booking.com and reserve w him. He canceled it and reserved it w the hotel. He was rude to me being a female and super nice to my husband. I am super mad. The hotel smelled mildow and the carpets were super dirty. I will never stay there again. Sheets were dirty and pillows too. I shouldnt have to pay to stay at a dirty hotel with racist people.
