Very poor

I would never stay at that Hampton again!

Very little to compliment.

The beds were terrible and the breakfast the most limited I have ever seen in a Hampton. The only redeeming thing was the desk clerk allowed us to change rooms when we found the beds were so uncomfortable. The beds in the second room were almost as uncomfortable as those in the first room.

Staff was very friendly and we felt safe and secure. The bed was very comfortable!

Nice, but by the time we got to the juice, it was very watered down.

I was unable to take a shower on the second day because there was NO hot water. That was a little upsetting to me because I had to take a sponge bath before traveling 10 hours home.

Location is excellent, clean rooms, no lingering oders. Facilities are excellent as well!

Omelettes were great, but it would be nice to have some scrambled eggs served alongside for those that cannot have cheese (but don't want boiled/cold eggs). Security deposit did catch me off guard, but is fine. I would be great if the return process was expedited, especially if the room is to be rented out the same day someone checks out.

Beds super comfortable and very friendly staff.

The free breakfast was really good.

Coffee in lobby was not always available and hot. I assumed since the pots were there, all accoutrements were sitting there then it was available, but after pouring a cup it was cold. This was at 9pm, but sometimes I like a little decaf at night. Then I felt wasteful throwing that out. A sign would be good.
