(Read More)The beds are extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are gorgeous. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the cruise port. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the pool area is relaxing. Guests appreciate the free shuttle service and the option for cruise parking. Overall, the hotel provides an amazing experience and is highly recommended.

Great spot to stay in the Channel District - 3 blocks to the free Trolley line from downtown to Ybor

Location was great and the breakfast was adequate - we don't expect 5 star breakfasts when they are included in the cost. Check in staff and staff at the breakfast were friendly and anxious to help including printing and scanning docs if required.

The elevators were slow but with lots of room.

A Hotel I will come back to next time I am in Tampa - Excellent !

WOW WOW WOW - this hotel leads the way when it comes to customer service and comfort. The staff were really friendly and helpful on check-in and the room was lovely when we got there. We had an issue we needed to sort and our phone was not working with US numbers so one of the front desk staff lent us her phone so we could sort the issue, we were appreciative of this as it was a huge issue from our previous hotel. The location is excellent; CVS is across the street, 12 minutes from the nearby dock area which has great restaurants and bars. A Very Walkable area, safe and parking on site (charged) The room was super comfy - we were sad to leave it.

Excellent hotel, but why should we pay that much for parking?$26.00????

Cleanliness was good. Beds were okay. The only thing is ,breakfast was very cold.

When I first called on December 23rd at 9pm and the receptionist, told me that she couldn't find my name for reservations. Then she hanged ! up on me, before i asked her name. Marco, saved me soo much since I was worried after booking in November, and coming all the way from Boston. All other staff were very friendly. Just one person can mess the reputation for an organization.

Exceptional friendly and competent front desk staff.

Breakfast was great with great ladies looking after things.

There was no way to weigh our suitcase post cruise stay so at the Airport I was overweight and had to quickly adjust for lower weight. How about a scales for weighing luggage?
