    Room didn't have a window! Ugly stuffy room with no window. Old furniture, shower was not great. Staff were not helpful

    Amazing and warm welcome
    The ladies who work at the hotel were amazing, they were so welcoming and warm in their service. Massive shout-out to Chloe who was so helpful and informative from start to end of booking. She reached out immediately after booking for pre-arrival service and helped us to book excursions to Ha Long Bay and Sapa as well. They also prepared a packed breakfast because we left very early on day of departure.
    Man on reception who handled payment for hotel was very rude and unhelpful during process. Had to ask another hotel guest to swap change because he didn't have enough money on hand. I also asked him for a cup of hot water as I didn't want to use the kettle in the room and I quote him directly, he said 'that is definitely not going to happen.' Shame he is not on level with the female staff in the hotel.

    Perfect sleep on one night stay
    Totally worth the price! Room was big, cozy and clean. Bed was big and really comfortable. Its in the old quarter but we did not hear any noise at the night and slept really well! Breakfast was okay. Staff were the best!! They were so friendly, helpful and polite!!! Hotel was perfect for us and they made our stay memorable.
