    Facilities are great, main lobby, restaurants, pools and beach was wonderful. Huge hotel, really good.
    Service and organization. We reserve a concierge room and on the 4th day after we claim, the assistance appear. Air conditioner didn't work, housekeeping really slow they made the room after 18pm and we had to change the liners because they smell a lot.

    The stay was wonderful. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful.
    The rooms and dinner selections were great.
    The presentation trying to get us to purchase property was horrible. The team tried to pressure us to purchase and it took up most of our day. Unacceptable.

    The setting and it was beautiful. It's a gorgeous location
    I was forced ti pay for an extra day because they missed my modification. There was a roach and they served me food I had mentioned I was allergic too.
