    Amazing breakfast, one of the best in Europe, great choice and all fresh. Nice lobby area, pool, music.. Room was good, all sparkly clean. Free parking is really convenient. Super nice and kind staff- well trained and extra nice.

    Amazing !
    The fabulous rooms, pool area , modern style hotel and wonderful staff that were all fantastic. The location was great 10 mins to puerto banus. As where So was impressed with this hotel spent the whole of Xmas here and so happy with our choice. Relaxed, at the pool in the sunshine and received the best service was wonderful !
    Nothing was all amazing !! A bit of feedback just was only / choices of wine at the bar limited.

    It'd be good if they became more sensitive about vegetarians. There were options available but not always the food was properly labeled, making hard to know whether the dish was for vegetarians or not. Also, the staff didn't know. The soup never had a label either, and there was one tune it tasted like it was burned, and they served it anyway

    Breakfast was amazing definately 5 star. Both pools were great one was for the quieter discerning traveller the other was more the party pool. we travelled in the winter but i am sure the party pool would definately had alot more going on.
    loved the whole hotel especially all the music artists pieces and there pictures around the hotel. the reception was amazing and the staff were more than helpful. the br was definately the place to be in the evening as really had the vibey atmosphere

    Enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel and would definitely go back.
    Location was very good, close to the port and beach, although the hotel was by a very busy and noisy main road.The hotel has been renovated to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable.
    Daily housekeeping - on one occasion only one hand towel left in room for two people and no bath mat. Had to phone to get these sent up to room. Also face cloths were in bathroom when we arrived, but not replaced and had to ask twice for some more, otherwise all good and room was cleaned well. Parking can be quite difficult - not enough spaces.

    Day time was peaceful and relaxing and the staff during the day had a polite and positive attitude and went above and beyond for us.
    Night time there were people playing extremely loud music at the night and security were not able to get them to stop. Staff at night were not motivated and didnt not have the same attention to detail as the day staff and everything was an effort. We were given the option to put drinks etc on our room then got overcharged and additional services put on our room at someone else expense.myself and my partner queried this on check out and we were right after they check the signed documents
