Poor stay experience

The location where the property is located is convenient.. The breakfast was good! And the rooms were pretty

We had a frustrating stay here. we had booked for two nights. Right from night 1 they kept constantly switching off electricity. I had to argue for a good 10mins to get even a fan turned on. On day 2, we had gone out in the afternoon and came back exhausted to the room only to find the electricity yet again turned off. It was humid outside and stuffy inside and at that point we could not even find other accommodations as everything was booked out. Nobody told us about the hotel only running on a generator. I went and spoke to the manager only for them to bring up a sympathy story about how they are going at a loss and for us to SIMPLY ADJUST after paying more than 20k INR. They only turn the current on when a "new guest" arrives to give the misconception that everything is well and 90% of the night. It was so frustrating when I brought my family out on a vacation to relax only for them to be sitting in a room sweating. So disappointed with the unprofessional employees and the manager who didn't even make an effort to make the customers life comfortable

Food and staff are very gud. Location is gud.

Plz confirm pick up and drop not free. Hotel staff didn't tell me about it.i felt very bad. Construction work is under progress in this property. They don't have gud environment like music and all on beach side area compare to near by resort. Rest all is gud.

Air was fresh to breathe. The ocean was amazing. Night sky was full of stars.

The location was excellent, just next to beach. The beach was private and windy. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Staff was friendly

Breakfast was served after 7.30 am. Many of the customers were up early enough to see the sunrise at 5.20. So waiting time was long. The cleanliness of the beach was poor. Lots of plastic bottles and other items were left there in the piles. Maybe there is now place for garbage in the island. Thats bad. I think travelers should take bigger responsibility for recycling and not for example buy plastic bottles in the island. Drinking water was excellent and free there at the hotel.
