    Pleasant stay in Seminyak
    (1) Close proximity to the center of Seminyak, where in a 3-minute walk you will be on the main street; (2) Comfortable beds; (3) The floaties are pleasant surprises.
    (1) No breakfast provided (2) Slippery floor in the bathrooms; (3) Some upkeep required - certain parts of the villas are a bit rundown, although they do not affect their functionality.

    Lovely villa in a perfect location. Dont miss your chance to stay here
    Conveniently located in the heart of Seminyak but tucked away enough that the noise doesnt bother you (we stayed over new years and there were fireworks all night that didnt bother us). Traffic around Seminyak is INSANE so being able to walk to most places from the accomodation was magic. The place was clean and the staff friendly. Would 10/10 recommend to all.

    Very good villa in the heart of everything
    The property is in the heart of Seminyak, very close to all restaurants and bars. Very clean and well maintained and good attention to details. Tirta is a perfect host, she helped with airport transportation and getting at reasonable prices. Always instant reply to our requests. Would definitely recommend it
    Nothing special about the villa only the normal Bali insects which is still not inside the sleeping room at least

    A great location, clean facilities and a welcoming environment.
    The space the villa had to offer. The owners were so lovely and the guard puppy dogs they had, made it so welcoming and you felt safe. The gardens were absolutely beautiful the groundskeepers did an amazing job!

    The only thing good about this Villa is the location in Seminyak. But, having said that, this is not the nicer part of Seminyak, it was our first time so we didnt know.
    Although the staff were lovely and very helpful, the Villa itself was a let down. Its definitely not worth the money as it very very run down and needs a lot of basic maintenance like proper running water. The water mostly came in bursts so if youre trying to wash your hands on the sink, youll have your clothes wet. There also needs to be just basic level of cleaning done I.e the bathroom sink (bathroom was smelly in general) and so were the kitchen utensils etc. we ignored them but trust all the reviews and find a place that will give you good value for your money.

    2 adults and 2 children, best place to stay at.
    Every thing is really good here, I read every review before booking and anything negative was not true, the place is fabulous! We had 9 nights in Bali and booked for 5 nights here and were going to check out somewhere else for the other 4 nights but luckily rebooked here for the entire time, everyone loves it here and didnt want to leave.
