Everything was clean which is very important to us. Very good price, close to the centre and excellent food
My only drawback was that the bed was a bit too firm for my liking but that is a personal thing

Pillows. Coffee machine. Please supply a kettle and cups. Some of us don't want coffee from pods in bedroom and would like tea or herbal tea but no option in room.

Good overall experience in contemporary hotel in good location with car parking on site.
Location good for RDS pubs and restaurants, taxi to Grafton Street 10 Euro. Access directly into Herbert Park for pleasant walk/run, playground for children. Friendly service from all staff. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Have stayed many times.
Pillows on bed not for me but I know everyone has their own preferences. Only one lift working meant delays as we were on the 5th floor but our room was very comfortable and we were happy to wait.

The calm efficient friendly demeanour of the staff made the stay a pleasure.
The staff were outstanding. Everyone was so polite, pleasant, friendly and helpful. Also, its in a perfect location. We will definitely return.

Nice hotel in good location. Handy for the RDS stadium & Aviva Stadium (both within walking distance). Short taxi journey into the city centre (around 10)
Good places to eat locally & good pubs on the doorstep. Herbert park is very nice & right next to the hotel.
I didn't think the hotel bar was very good, it's just a big open lobby with a bar at the end.
