Lovely hotel and staff. Will 100% be returning and will stay for 2 nights next time instead
Hotel is clean, warm, in an excellent location and fantastic breakfast.
We ended up next to a very noisy family but nothing the hotel could have done about that!

Clean but we wont be staying again
Park side room. Saw no animals at all and the lift kept waking me up so very disturbed sleep. Also odd to have to walk in from the car park through puddles then book in at reception then walk over to the accommodation - very strange

Great family trip.
The staff were really friendly. The room was perfect. Our four year old loved the bunk bed and there was plenty of room for a cot for our one year old. The bath and shower were great, and there was even a fridge so we could have milk ready when our baby woke up. It was also brilliant to be right on the wildlife park doorstep so we were first through the gates to see the animals get their breakfasts with zero crowds.
We could also charge our electric car overnight which was a bonus.
The breakfast buffet was pretty poor (and not included in the price) and the coffee was terrible.
The car park is a bit of a walk from the hotel which was tricky with lots of bags plus kids. Maybe some sort of golf buggy system could work here?

Exceptional first visit for our daughter's 10th birthday.
Fantastic mid-way location between Glasgow and London, situated right next to a Wildlife Park. Plenty parking, friendly staff, lovely boutique shops on site, range of restaurants to suit everyone. Delicious buffet breakfast.

Hotel was really lovely and we absolutely loved the balcony!
For a disabled person the car park is quite far away from the hotel.

Nice room and functional. Would not return.
Room was good and functional
First arrived at Reception - staff were not pleasant - Restaurant was awful - 2 hour wait for food 1 burger and breast of chicken- at least the staff tried their best - 2nd visit to Reception was better with a very helpful staff member. Nowhere else to eat or get snacks.
